Applications are invited from suitable civilian candidates for Residency Programme at AFIP / AM College Rawalpindi in following disciplines:
a. Chemical Pathology
b. Haematology
c. Histopathology
d. Microbiology
e. Immunology
f. Virology
g. Nuclear Medicine
Training Outline
a. Induction will be done in all FOUR years of training in various disciplines of Pathology and Nuclear Medicine.
b. Trainees will be paid Honorarium as per policy.
Selection Procedure:
a. Applicant must have passed FCPS Part I in Pathology or Radiology (For Nuclear medicine) or have M.Phil Exemption Certificate.
b. Short listed trainees will be interviewed. No TA/DA will be paid to applicant reporting for interview. The trainees are required to bring all original documents at the time of interview.
c. Training will start after approval from concerned authorities.
d. Trainees getting salaries from their own governments will undergo same selection procedure as mentioned above. These trainees, however, will NOT get any honorarium.
